The North Sea Hydrogen Valley Ports (NS H2V Ports) project is an ambitious collaboration between leading ports, knowledge institutions, governments, and companies. Together, we aim to make the North Sea region a frontrunner in maritime hydrogen development. Within this project, the hydrogen programmes of the ports of Brest, Esbjerg, Bremen, and Den Helder are being further developed into concrete roadmaps, laying the foundation for real-world implementation.
New Energy Coalition acts as lead partner and serves together with ONHN as ecosystem coordinator for the port of Den Helder.
Achieving the goals of NS H2V Ports would not be possible without the close cooperation of our partners. Their expertise, networks, and commitment form the backbone of the project. Together with the ports of Esbjerg and Brest, the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, the Institute of Shipping Economics and Logistics in Bremen, Ballard Power Systems, the University of Caen in Normandy, the Development Agency North Holland North, and Laholm Municipality, we are building a shared hydrogen-powered future.
The project is further strengthened by the support of the North Sea Hydrogen Maritime Ports Community (NS HyMaPs) and CBS Business School, who contribute valuable knowledge and strategic advice.
