There are eight Pilot Hubs in SIRR. What unites all the Hubs is their strong commitment to fostering development and engaging all actors in their rural and coastal areas to address local challenges — All onboard in rural societies for a fair future!
The Hubs will implement Multi Helix pilots, collaboratively developed with the support of the project’s knowledge partners.
Goals of the Pilot Hubs
- Redesign their structures to support long-term Multi Helix collaboration
- Establish connections with regional innovation ecosystems, enhancing their resilience and capacity to drive innovation and the green transition
- Communicate strategically with regional innovation ecosystems, creating structured and effective links
- Initiate several Multi Helix innovation networks, working groups, and stakeholder collaborations, while developing actionable plans for implementation and engagement
- Facilitate connections between the Pilot Hubs to promote exchange
