Open tender: Midterm and final impact evaluations

We have an open tender for an external evaluation of the Interreg North Sea Region 2021-2027 programme. 

The evaluation contains two parts:

• A midterm impact evaluation to be conducted from October 2025 to September 2026 (12 months) 
  The aim of the midterm impact evaluation is to review the impact of the programme roughly halfway into programme implementation and to provide evidence-based lessons learned for the next programming period.
• A final impact evaluation from September 2028 – to June 2029 (10 months)
  The final impact evaluation should map, conceptualise and analyse the main achievements and impact of the programme from the beginning to the end of the programme period.

Both evaluations should provide an evaluation report with an executive summary of the results of the evaluations.
