Foodwaste from school kantines input for biogas production

End of November, the Technical University of Hamburg organized a nice and accessible event on location of the demonstration biogasplant in
Hamburg Wilhelmsburg.

The participants of the event could learn about local bioresource management. The biogas installation is fed with the food waste of school cantines in the neighbourhood. The visitors enjoined the soup, cooked with the self-made biogas!
