Let's North Sea: Pedal Power

Canadian journalist Shane Woodford is busy producing our Let’s North Sea video series. Each video focuses on a different North Sea Region project and how it is driving innovation and change throughout the region. Each video tells a different and powerful story focusing on one individual project and the impacts it has made. 

We are delighted to present the third video in this series. 

The third video in our series begins in Aarhus, Denmark before moving to the city of Zwolle in the Netherlands as we learn about the fascinating work the North Sea Region BITS project is doing. This one of a kind project is helping push a modal shift from cars to bicycles. 

The project is doing fantastic work with municipalities to use data and technology to create some amazing cycling infrastructure. It is also using the “digital layer” to drive cycling innovations to get people out of their cars, and on to their bikes.
