On this day, you will map out your journey towards your "North Star" - the impact you envisage your project will have. Together, we will explore the steps you can take to get buy-in from key stakeholders and build the strongest possible impact from your work.

Throughout the event, you will be working on a plan for your own project while exchanging thoughts and ideas with your peers from other projects.

The workshop targets project leaders and communication managers from projects approved in calls 1 and 2.
