Call for tenders: Midterm and final impact evaluations

The Interreg North Sea Programme 2021-2027 invites skilled experts to bid for a comprehensive external evaluation comprising two key parts:

• A midterm impact evaluation to be conducted from October 2025 to September 2026 (12 months) 
   
• A final impact evaluation from September 2028 – to June 2029 (10 months)

Interested? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the North Sea Programme and analyse the impact of Interreg projects in the North Sea region as well as the intricacies of transnational cooperation more broadly.
