We are very proud to present our Annual Report Summary for 2022 showcasing projects with remarkable success.
Last year was turbulent at times and held several watershed moments which created a global impact and had knock-on effects for the North Sea Region. The war in Ukraine broke out, causing energy and food prices to soar and impacting the European economy. Undeterred, our projects continued to operate against this backdrop, their work becoming ever more important.
This shift also made the need for transnational cooperation absolutely critical. We were therefore more excited than ever to launch the new North Sea Programme (2021-2027) and, in parallel, celebrate our programme's 25-year anniversary.

Above all, North Sea projects produced a range of outstanding achievements. From dealing with pollution, leaking wrecks and ageing wind farms in the North Sea to boosting energy efficiency, circular procurement, and green transport, our projects made headway for their solutions and generated strong impacts.
