Retail coaching sessions in Bruges

In cooperation with KERNpunt/ the POM West Flanders, we set up retail coaching sessions at 5 of the Rekuup participants. Retail coach Freya Demeyere organised 2 coaching sessions of 2.5 hours each for De Broodsmid, Mien Kaba, Jonas Maes, het Sashuis and het Lepelhuis. Intensive sessions in which both the online and live shopping experience for consumers were closely examined and a lot of tips and feedback were exchanged.
