In May 250 people attended the Big Talk in Bruges
On Friday evening 17 May 2024, The Big Talk took place at the Concertgebouw in Bruges in collaboration with numerous partners and with around 250 attendees. An inspiring evening full of engaging voices on the role of climate activism. British Mikaela Loach was invited as keynote speaker, and there was a panel of experts and activists discussing the role of activism within the climate debate. At the networking event afterwards, there were several stands around climate and sustainability, both from the city of Bruges, associations and projects. Also with Rekuup, the name of Bruges' Green Retail project, we had an interactive stand where we invited the public to answer the question "What makes you shop sustainably?" and meanwhile promote the project and our activities.
