Panel of experts in Bruges

As part of the coaching process within the Green Retail project, we organized an expert panel in addition to our one-on-one coaching and retail coaching. This panel consisted of Cédric Dhaene, Business Advisor Circular Economy at VLAIO (the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship), Niki de Schyver from COSH! (platform for sustainable shopping) and Elke Renders of the Circular Hub Bruges. In one day, the various stores came by to pitch their business and plan of action within Green Retail and received valuable feedback from the experts. A very successful formula for receiving external coaching in a short time.
