On the 17th and 18th April the Green Retail partners met in Gothenburg for the second physical partner meeting
In the middle of our Green Retail project, we gathered for an extensive partner meeting in Sweden. The meeting was held at Yesbox in Göteborg, a hub for entrepreneurship where Drivhuset operates, and included field visits to five businesses participating in the Green Retail initiative in Varberg.
The workshops focused on sharing concrete examples and learnings, along with discussions on challenges and ideas for scaling the project. Partners prepared reflections on tools and strategies for collaboration and explored ways to create international crossovers between shops.
The meeting ended with a creative exercise: partners envisioned it had been a year since the project concluded and described the best possible outcomes. This shared vision set the stage for common goals and inspired hope for the impact Green Retail could achieve.
