🕺 The DISCO partners are preparing to dance! 🕺
From 10-12 September the Interreg North Sea Programme project #DISCO had its Kick-off event.
DISCO is about DIgital Solutions for Climate change adaptatiON. Partners aim to Increase the innovative capacities of cities and regions that are responsible for climate change adaptation. So that they are better able to develop and employ digital solutions for citizen involvement and decision making.
The project was officially kicked off by alderman Arjan Spaans ⌂ of lead partner Gemeente Zwolle.
Alderman Spaans emphasized the urge to accelerate climate change and the need to utilise tools that enable citizens to see and experience the impact of climate change and possible solutions, such as digital twins.
During the three days the partners started up the first actions and exchanged on the different pilots. Marie Martin Kjærsgaard from the Interreg Joint Secretariat outlined the regulations that must be adhered to by everyone.
We are looking forward to cooperating in the upcoming 4 years!
