The ADRISKY project is a collaborative initiative addressing light pollution and its impact on biodiversity in the Adriatic-Ionian region. With nine partners from six countries, it promotes transnational action to mitigate light pollution and protect nocturnal habitats. The lead partner of the project is Development Centre Murska Sobota, Slovenia.

Key project outputs include Territorial Action Plans, providing strategic guidelines for long-term conservation, and a comprehensive toolkit offering practical solutions to local and regional authorities for reducing light pollution. The project partners will also develop policy recommendations at the EU level, aiming to influence regulations and drive systemic change. Through pilot actions in diverse areas, ADRISKY will showcase innovative interventions, fostering knowledge exchange and sustainable conservation strategies.
