EURODARK 2024 - 16th European Symposium for the Protection of the Night Sky
Our project partner the University of Groningen invites to the 16th European Symposium for the Protection of the Night Sky, organised under auspices of DarkSky International, the previous International Darksky Organisation.
The 2024 European Symposium will be a platform for research, activism and policy discussions on protecting the night sky, with participants from all over Europe. The symposium will be held from March 14-16, 2024 in the Fletcher Familiehotel Paterswolde close to Groningen and the Dark Sky Park Lauwersmeer,. For those interested in giving a presentation: the call for abstracts is currently open and closes on December 31, 2023. Note that one can submit as many abstracts as possible.
