Cool Cities

We’re a diverse group of public authorities, sectoral agencies, and knowledge institutions, all coming together to tackle one of the biggest challenges of our time: climate change. We are addressing outdoor heat stress by establishing a network of cool spots and routes in cities within the EU North City Region. 11 partners from 5 countries will develop scalable solutions for long-term resilience, prioritizing vulnerable residents and addressing broader urban challenges.
