Alumni student Paulina Nowak is now employed in the field of research for SIRR. She will focus on collaboration practices between the hubs and their stakeholders, developing further analysis on this topic.
The opportunity to continue contributing to the research about SIRR means a lot to me!
The aim is to integrate the hubs more using the three Cs model as a foundation. The distinction between collaboration, coordination, and cooperation will help better understand how the hubs operate. The project seeks to enhance collaboration through the Multi-Helix approach. A far-reaching analysis will be carried out, and more interviews will be conducted with representatives of various sectors. Also, more information about the characteristics of the hubs will be added.
Collaboration in a multi-stakeholder environment encompasses many dimensions, including stakeholder identification, communication channels, trust level or shared goals. It varies across sectors and depends on numerous factors. The complexity of the mutual interactions among partners makes understanding them crucial for building stronger partnerships. Paulina's task is to dig deeper into this topic.
