NESSIE aims to acquire more staff and accelerate knowledge transfer to professionals by:
Developing innovative curricula to accelerate renewable energy education by introducing Short Advanced Courses for vocational education – Attractive for students and easily replicable
Increase in the number of students (graduates and lateral entrants) through recruitment campaigns that is inclusive and targets a wide variety of interests
Learning by doing - Accelerated growth in capacity and skills through +1,000 new certified vocationally trained energy transition professionals
Structured exchange of best practices between North Sea Regions and proactive contribution to national and EU policies on urgent energy transition vocational education
