First project meeting in Malmö on the 13-14th of December 2023
All project partners were present in Malmö on the 13th and 14th of December 2023 to officially kick-off the LISTEN project.
Ole Bakkegaard Starklint explains how “Ungdomsskolen” (youth school) in the municipal of Faaborg-Midtfyn in Denmark works with youth engagement and participation.
“Who are we and what organizations do we represent?” and “What do we want to achieve with our involvement in LISTEN?”.
These were some of the questions answered during the first day of the start-up meeting where the purpose was to get to know each other. Lead partner of the LISTEN-project, the County Administrative Board of Skåne, also introduced the planned content and timeline for the LISTEN-project.
Femke Boersma from the Joint Secretary of Interreg North Sea gave a presentation on how the Interreg North Seas' projects are structured and what is expected of the project participants.
On the second day Femke Boersma, contact point at the Joint Secretary of Interreg North Sea for LISTEN, joined us in Malmö to give information regarding the management of the project and the requirements that need to be met.
It was a pleasure for us at the County Administrative Board of Skåne to host the start-up meeting for the LISTEN project in Malmö. We are now excited to work together with ADICE and Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune during the projects runtime.
