Wirtschafrsverband Weser is a membership organization with 70 members, boasting strong connections in the German Maritime Business community. It possesses expertise in Project Management, the integration of varying Stakeholder interests, and has established a robust network within local, regional, and national administration.

Role in the Project
WVWplays a central role in the "Greening Container Transport" project in Bremen-Hamburg, focusing on the following work packages (WP):

WP1:

• Identifying potential partners in the Freight Flow Coalition
• Integrating partner's input
• Consolidating the Freight Flow Coalition

WP2:

• Managing the Freight Flow Coalition in Bremen-Hamburg

WP3:

• Researching and adapting local conditions to the project
• Gathering information for the interested public about results and advantages
• Organizing meetings to share findings with stakeholders
