SKAW is a shipping company focusing on domestic seaborne transportation using IWW. As entrepreneurs, The company  has identified a couple of early movers in the industry, which is interested in using IWT for their bulk flows. SKA’s product focus is on handling bulk materials with a pusher/dummy barge system.

Role in the Project
In this project, SKAW plays a pivotal role in various work packages (WP) as follows:

• WP1: SKAW is an integral part of the Swedish FFC "Logistics Bulk," providing valuable operational insights and market knowledge concerning bulk flows suitable for IWT utilization.
• WP2: SKAW serves as a testbed for exploring and assessing the potential of eco-friendly shipping technologies. It also demonstrates the possible IWT services within logistics solutions by leveraging digital tools to match senders and receivers effectively.
• WP3: SKAW conducts a comprehensive analysis of cost and market data pertaining to bulk flows, thereby contributing essential inputs for the development of the project's business model.
