After a first successful meeting in Bremen, the northern German representatives of the InnoWaTr consortium were able to meet again in Hamburg on the 16th of May. Hosted at the offices of project partner TOP Mehrwert-Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, Regina Loitz and Maxim Heinrich gave a warm welcome and a tour of the warehouse, including the potential waterside loading and unloading point featured in the InnoWaTr video on YouTube, see below.
During the meeting, individual project updates were discussed in a relaxed atmosphere: Thomas Brauner and Amir Ali Bashish, both LIHH, Jessica Deeg (NWL) and Thomas Voigt (WVW) provided insights to their status of freight flows. Whereas, Lars Stemmler and Sabrina Wilms, both bremenports, highlighted the success of the first Centre of Expertise webinar earlier in the month, setting the stage for future evens.
The next cross FCC workshop will be scheduled for September at the WVW offices in Bremen. It will enable exchange, facilitate discussions and strengthen exiting relationships - overall, actions standing in line with the InnoWaTr core principle "together we move ahead."
