On May 15th and 16th, the coastal city of Le Havre became the place to be for all partners involved in the CLANCY project. Hosted by the Cellule de Suivi du Littoral Normand, the annual Coordination Group Meeting set the stage for the next actions withing the Interreg North Sea project.
A warm welcome and field insights
The meeting kicked off on Wednesday morning with a warm welcome from the host, followed by updates from each partner on their respective project statuses. Post-lunch, the excitement moved from the conference room to the field. The partners put on their boots and got the opportunity to visit three locations equipped with traps, providing practical insights into the project’s operational aspects.
Strategic discussion and future actions
Thursday’s agenda continued with updates and discussions on the various work packages defined within the project. Topics ranged from data gathering to setting up a digital workbench, communication actions and financial reporting, ensuring that all aspects necessary to the project’s success were addressed.
To end the intense and productive two days, the brave-hearted among the attendees embarked on a guided tour of Le Havre’s city centre before making their way back home.
