WaterWarmth was recently present at two exciting conferences!
On November 24, the “Wereld dag van de stedenbouw” (English: World day of Urban Planning) took place in Mechelen, Belgium. WaterWarmth was represented by Shanne Bouma, Ighor van de Vyver and Stijn de Jonge, showing the potential of aquathermal energy and informing about the WaterWarmth project.
In addition, on the 30th of November, WaterWarmth was present at the North Sea Conference 2023 ''navigating towards cohesion''. Several presentations where given about megatrends for the future, transnational cooperation and about regional perspectives. Shanne Bouma, projectleader of WaterWarmth gave her contribution to the subject: Cohesion in practice.
WaterWarmth is all about the potential of aquathermal energy and why we need cooperative and collective solutions to deliver the energy transition. With its main goal to make energy affordable for citizens and keep profits in the region.
