Amterdam's pilot consists of offering tailored travel and accessibility information through MaaS application for people with reduced mobility. Including a helpdesk function and emergency button in case the advised journey is falling short. The application combines different travel options and services, such as voluntary transport and co-travel assistance, to support the PRM during the journey. For this pilot we will cooperate with RMC, the transport provider for the supplementary public transport in Amsterdam and the Transport Authority Amsterdam (Vervoerregio Amsterdam). This pilot is part of a broader vision on social transport in Amsterdam.
