We need you – join the discussion!

We are thrilled to finally announce the third iteration of our SMALL roundtables, which will be held on 7 May 2025 in one of our pilot cities, Varberg. This roundtable will focus on understanding how to successfully implement inclusive shared mobility policies in a city’s strategic planning, ensuring long-term viability of our pilots.

Our aim is to have a fruitful discussion on how to advocate for the long-term integration of topics related to the SMALL project, discovering techniques to encourage adoption of accessible shared mobility in strategic planning and understanding what resources and support are needed for improving sustainable transformation.

For this purpose, we are looking for participants to join in and share their insights for the collective discussion. Here are some of the profiles we are currently looking for:

  • Regional/Local public authorities, with expertise in successfully establishing good practices related to inclusive shared mobility in their strategic planning;

  • Individual advocates representing people with reduced mobility;

  • European/local NGOs and/or associations representing people with reduced mobility;

  • Researchers and experts focusing on accessibility in transport;

  • Shared mobility providers with a focus on accessibility.

If you meet one of these profiles, then do not hesitate to contact both of our colleagues, by 4 April 2025.

Please note: Spots are limited. However, there is available budget to cover travel and accommodation costs.
