SeaTerra’s crawler visited AWI’s new tech facility in Bremerhaven, Germany

On the 20th of November, 2024 SeaTerra crawler equipped with brand new manipulator arm travelled to the AWI, where first underwater testing in the diving pool were conducted. During these trials, we tested the crawler’s capabilities for sediment sampling and water collection. We are pleased to report that all tests were successfully completed.

The testing process was documented by a film crew from Welt24 and will be featured in an upcoming 3-part documentary on sea-dumped munitions, scheduled for spring 2025.
