The Norsaic project officially started its collaboration in July in Hamburg. The aim of the project is to further improve cooperation governance in Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) for a vibrant, healthy and sustainable North Sea region in the face of climate change. Main objectives include the adaption and advancement of crucial MSP elements, the establishment of innovation capacity and finally to build joint cooperation capacity.
