What we have done
In the past year, the partners have strengthened their collaborative bond through multiple opportunities for exchange of experience and expertise. During a wide range of themed workshops online, guest speakers and stakeholders joined in, helping to expand the knowledge pool on subjects like:
- Funding & legislation
- Selling the GRITH potential
- Developing energy communities
In terms of partnership cohesion and commitment, the real magic happens during live meetings. This year we visited Mechelen (BEL) and Dunkirk (Fr) where extensive and intensive work sessions and site visits provided more insights into the challenges and opportunities in each region.

So this is Christmas and, for now, it’s time to enter stand-by mode for a few weeks. In 2025, GRITH will return re-energized to continue the support of industrial sites and business parks in their transiton to more efficient and cleaner energy sources - shaking and waking those sleeping beauties!
