The Expert Paper II "Offshore TSO Collaboration. Unlocking the potential of the North Seas" has just been published by Statnett and the expanded group of North Seas transmission system operators (TSOs), following the Esbjerg and later Ostend declarations. Copy of the paper can be found here.

What is the OTC

Offshore TSO Collaboration is a forum for the transmission system operators in nine countries close to the North Sea. The purpose is to facilitate development and implementation of an offshore grid infrastructure that facilitates the political ambitions for renewable energy production in the North Sea. The participants in the collaboration are the companies 50hertz (Germany), Amprion (Germany), Creos (Luxemburg), EirGrid (Ireland), Elia (Belgium), Energinet (Denmark), Gasunie (Netherlands), National Grid (Great Britain), RTE (France), Statnett and Tennet (Germany and the Netherlands).
