Following approval last October, the Interreg North Sea project Circular Trust Building (CTB) is currently organizing the consortium’s first transnational gathering, planned to take place 16th - 17th January in Assen, The Netherlands.

Regional meeting
The 2-day event promises to be an energizing mix, balancing the programme's administrative aspects with inspirational speakers and stimulating study visits. In preparation, the Province of Drenthe - CBT's Lead Partner - hosted a regional meeting with the Northern Netherlands contingent on 11th December 2023. As well as contributing ideas for the kick-off programme, this offered Dutch partners the opportunity to present, interlink and align a number of ambitions outlined in the CTB project application.
Plans & potential strategies
Representatives from the Municipality of Groningen, Actium (social housing corporation), the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and NICE (an innovation lab for circular economy) energetically discussed plans and potential strategies for the coming years with colleagues from the Province.
First steps first. We're looking forward to meeting the rest of the consortium and learning more about circular trust building in other partner regions at the upcoming CBT official kick-off in January. It's time to get started!
