Constructing a solid collaboration
CTB is expanding the stakeholder network and knowledge pool concerning the reuse of building material across the North Sea Region. Getting off to an excellent start, the CTB partners met at the first live partner meeting in Drenthe at the beginning of the year. This introduction to each other, to our regions, shared goals and challenges, formed a perfect foundation on which to build further.
The partners have continued to construct a solid collaboration, using existing expertise and sharing experiences in a series of online and live exchange meetings Looking closer at other partner regions is key and this year we visited Växjo (Sweden) and Lille and Lens (France) where intensive work sessions and site visits provided deeper perceptions of the challenges and opportunities in each area.

Building blocks
Quite a collection of insights has been gathered – the ‘building blocks’ for the next phase. CTB is looking forward to the new year and to further developing the outcomes.
All results will culminate in seven circular deals that demonstrate solutions and accelerate the uptake of the reuse of building materials by other (NSR) regions.
