Customer and circular value
We are now swiftly moving on in the program...
From business models to value, what value can you create for your customers and circularity?
We discussed the Value proposition designer, the importance of knowing your customers needs to be able to create value for them.
Value proposition designer
The Value Creator is based on the Value Proposition Canvas that was created by Alexander Osterwalder. It is directly linked to the Circular Business Model Canvas and is an effective way to ensure that what we are developing has a direct link to the customers needs.
Circular Value driver
We also discussed how to create circular value. Because even though customer value is very important, so is the circular value. So what value can we create in a Circular Economy system beyond customer value?
How do we learn about customer needs?
We need to ask our customers, in a way where we don't talk about our ideas and solutions, but ask them about their life. How do you do that?
The mom test
How to talk to customers and learn if your business is a good idea when everyone is lying to you.
By Rob Fitzpatrick
- Talk about them & their lives instead of your idea.
- Ask about specific’s in the past, rather than generic assumptions or opinions about the future.
- Talk less and listen more.
The homework for the next workshop is to talk to as many people from the target group as possible to gain knowledge in their needs. We need to find the pattern.
