Day 3 of our Circular Business Innovation Program (CIBIP) we explored and presented our customer needs and discussed pivoting.

In the workshop session, we revisited the key topics of target groups, value propositions, and meeting customer needs. It was centered around strategies for pivoting when necessary, effectively segmenting our customer base, identifying opportunities for circular practices, and analyzing our competitors. These topics are crucial for businesses aiming to adapt and thrive in dynamic market environments. By delving into these areas, participants gained insights into refining their approaches, enhancing customer satisfaction, and staying competitive in their respective industries. The session provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions to address evolving customer demands and market trends.

Pivots and customer needs = value

When doing the recap we show that the Circular Business Model Canvas is intricately connected to all the tools utilised during the Business Camp. Throughout the session, we assisted participants in identifying and organizing information gathered from their target group loops. Additionally, we engaged in discussions on how to pivot business ideas to align with customer needs. This is crucial because without pivoting, we risk failing to create anything of value for the customer. By emphasizing the importance of adaptability and alignment with customer needs, we underscored the significance of continuously refining and adjusting business strategies to ensure relevance and value in the market landscape. This approach empowers businesses to remain agile and responsive to evolving customer preferences, ultimately fostering sustainable growth and success.
